The office won't mention the tenant that was shot through the wall while playing video games from a drug deal gone bad in the parking lot but the police have records (Building 7 June/July 2005). I was also told by an officer that the layout of the parking lot is perfect for car break ins because of the unique network of side streets of footpaths it is located in. There is an easy direction for criminals to run from every corner of the complex and they know and take advantage of this. Of the seven apartments of nice people we knew while living there three have moved out and another three are looking for new places when the lease is up. Appears very nice and safe at first, don't be fooled. The city offers nicer places for around the same price. We will never return to Arcadia Park Apartments.
