This place is alright if you don't mind ebing thrown into a dungeon with a bunch of strangers and being forced to share a small space for them. They also like to riase the rent everytime you renew while leasing new apartments for half of what they quoted you as market rate. The managment could care less if you are living with a drug dealer of a serial killer. They adveritise great rates and room mate matching only to throw a dart at a wall to determine how much they are going to rip you off and what kind of weirdo they are going to stick you with. stay away unless you have a friend to share the apartment with you and a good lawyer to negotiate the lease |
