Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  3/17/06      Rate This Apartment     I am a UA graduate Student. I have been living here with my bf for 10 months. We thought we had a 9-month lease, but it turned out to be a 12-month lease, so we had to stay here during the summer. Several problems in the past 10 months. 1. When we moved in, we were told that the apartment was ready. But it was not. 2. It is so damn noisy. 3. It is so dangerous to live here. Prostitutes are your neighbor. Crimes happen once a while. A cop killed a robber across the street in the quick mart in the morning, a mom and a kid were crashed to death early in the morning, the helicopter circled around the area almost once a week on the weekends, and often you could hear gun shotting in the middle of night and police surrounded the area. It is fucking crazy to hear the college kids shouted "I am so wasted" every Friday or Saturday midnight or early mornings. It is too noisy esp. the east side of the parking lot. 4. It is not cheap too. The internet or Cable were trapped because the leasing office had a contract with Qwest, which charged about 100 bucks for both services. We could have got a better deal from Cox if we had given the option. We need to pay water bills too. 5. The management was not professional enough. Anyway, don't live here.
