Designated Only. Balconies can only have outdoor furniture, Patios doesnt matter. No broken down non running cars allowed, yet several have been here for months. A Jacuzzi that is weak and worthless, no control knobs, no jet pressure. Part of park has lots of trash and stones on sidewalk, yet other side of Park is well groomed. Nit pick you about every lttle infraction and slow to respond to your inquiries. LOTS OF Partiality. Mgr thrives on Control.
