| I lived at Casa Linda apartments for just a little over one year and let me tell you it was a horrible year. In one years time they have had 6 different managers managing the place and every time a new manger comes onto the premises all of the maintenance requests get thrown out and then you have to go and start all over again. In December the apartment above me flooded their bathtub which damaged the ceiling in my bathroom. I immediately reported the problem because it might have been a broken pipe. Four hours after I reported theproblem maintenance showed up to check the problem. They cut a hug hole in the ceiling where all of the water damage was (which was to have to happen any way to repair the ceiling). After maintenance realized the pipe was fine they placed a sign in my bathtub that said do not use until ceiling is repaired. That was fine, but it took them 2 months to repair the ceiling and that was only after I complained about the problem every other day.
Also every time a new manager was appointed they would send me a message telling me that I owed them more money and every time that I asked them to tell me what for they couldnt show me. This happened to me 6 different times. I have had a list of items that have needed maintenance attention for 4 months and the list kept growing and in four months time no one has ever fixed any of the issues and one of the issues is a bad mold problem in the bathroom.
The management pretends that they hear you and that you can communicate with them, but all that happens is it goes in one ear and out the other. At one time Casa Linda was owned and operated by another management company that actually did a good job; I am guessing that is why they have a 50% approval rating on this web site. My advice to anyone thinking about renting from Casa Linda Apartment is DONT. They do not care about enough to take of the apartments so how do think they will take care of you. |
