Our complaints/concerns were taken care of immediately and the staff was always friendly. Then three months later we were bought by Scotia Group. Ever since then, things have not been taken care of. Parking is by permit only 8pm-8am and when my roommates and I come home at 11pm we cannot find parking because the complex does not enforce the rules (which they set) about guest parking. We have spent numerous mornings (3 am) calling the police for disturbance of the peace. We pay to live in a gated apartment complex but some of the time the gates either don't close on time (7pm) or don't close at all. Security does not patrol regularly and when we have called about it there have been discrepencies about what time he left. This has been a pretty miserable year for us and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. We were so fed up that we actually asked about terminating our lease 6 months early.
