| Advoid this place like the plague. It is deceptively quiet and pleasant appearing and the landlord an elderly, sweet man. DO NOT be fooled. There are very serious plumbing issues in all the apartments, things go unrepaired no matter how much you report it.
The landlord refused to press charges or evict the meth heads who lived above me until I was attacked and I could press charges.
Nothing I state here is slander...all of it is verifiable.
My advice to all who rent apartments is to go to the police dept and run a free address check on the apartments location. It's amazing how informative that can be!!
This complex has just around 30 reportable police visits in one year. There are only 26 apartments. The nature of the reports range from disturbance to Grand LArceny. |
