They have NOT been helpful in reconciling a tenant issue, and charged a nuisance (cleaning) fee and absconded with my entire security deposit. Pay the $80 instead. They are litigious. If you are late with the rent, they send you to Collections and/or file a Pima County court case. A/C broke during the summer, and it took 2 days to fix in the sweltering heat.
