	Jefferson At Starr Ranch 41 South Shannon Road Tucson ,   Az   85745 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:   Terrible Apartment Complex Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/19/04      Rate This Apartment     FYI-they have had mattresses andother furntiure outside, in the rain for SEVERAL days that they will be putting in apartments! management was rude, incompetent, and impossible to work with. never completed maintenance requests in a timely manner (some maintenance requests i never had completed at all after several calls.) exercise room had half of equipment broken for over 6 months. i don't know if it ever got fixed. i lived there for two years and had scorpions in 2 different apartments. i lived there for 2 years becuase i thought management couldn't get any worse but it did! i also thought rent was a good deal but now i live in a 2bedroom/2bath that is twice as big as the jefferson's 2bed/2bath and for cheeper rent! noise in the complex was always a serious issue. i could hear the person in the next store apartment talking on his phone. security never responded when i called one night-had to eventually call the police who showed up 20 minutes later. i would NEVER recommend this to anyone.
