Don't let those "Crime Free Rental Housing" signs fool you. Just look at the gang grafitti about. My car as well as three other tenants in my building and one single mother all had our windshields broken on the evening of Thanksgiving. No one saw it and nothing was done to accomadate us. The person who was harassing us all most likely did it. He was there trespassing even after an order of protection was placed. |
