This Place Is Hazardous To Your Health! Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  12/30/05      Rate This Apartment     I rented here back in 1999 and it was a great place to live. A friend of mine now lives here (recommended by me) and is doing everything they can to get OUT! The grounds are filthy. All 4 trash dumpsters (servicing approximately 96 apt's) are ALWAYS overflowing onto the ground and if the Management get's bored, they go through the trash that has fallen onto the ground and if it's yours, you get charged a $250 fine. Security is a joke, the tenants live in fear of the security guard as he has a reputation for running people down, wrestling them to the ground and beating them. He was obviously turned down by the police academy when he failed the Psychological exam. The Management? Let's just say...I wouldn't allow them to tie my shoes much less take care of any issues...there's been a gas leak in my friends apartment since day 1 and 9 months later, not one person has come by to check on it. Funny thing is, they won't let you leave either...my friend tried to rent another apartment and when the new place called for a reference, the Manager completely lied about what an awful tenant he was so he would get rejected, strange though, because they are asking him to renew his lease. I would sign my name to this note if my friend didn't fear retribution.. THIS PLACE IS SCARY... DO NOT RENT HERE...RUN!!!
