Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  1/13/06      Rate This Apartment     It is a tiny apartment but it seemed like a quiet enough place. I didn't get used to it, feels like a motel. You really can hear through the walls & ceilings. If you are downstairs, the neighbors upstairs can sound like an earthquake, which is fine during the day. And ours do, those crazy night owls. Once i called management 3 times in an hour and a half, before they bothered to ask neighbors to turn down their extremely loud music. My 1 year old cried herself to sleep and slept through some of it and woke up from her nap, concert still going on upstairs. I was so frustrated! Water also leaks from the ceiling vents if the person upstairs toliet overflows or they spill enough water. It took more than a week for maintence to fix that and the toliet seat was starting to rot, from water falling on it. Moving this month to a completely different state, thank God! I don't care how "nice" the office people may be...
