Speedway Tucson ,   Az   85710 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  3.0 Parking:  4.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:   Mold Mold Mold Reviewer:   Letmegetadolla@cox.net   Review Date:  3/3/05      Rate This Apartment     Man i lived here for a year now no i will not renew my lease cause their is a leak on the roof and mold has grown in between the walls in the kitchen and bedroom how do i know you ask cause it is growing on the walls im talking green hair on the walls when i asked them to fix it it took a week and now 3 weeks later its back and worse then ever i call the office and they sent over someone to fix it (keep in mindthis is the second time) and all they did was clean the bedroom with bleach and the work order states the main complaint very clear "mold in kitchen above stove" you think they clean it no its still hairy .....so nasty and the thing that gets me is as bad as my kitchen is the maintance guy says he's seen worse around the appartments ...whats that about DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE MOLD!
