With the military discount, and the 1 month free pro-rated throughout my whole lease...my rent was 511/month for a 2bd, 2bth apartment. **That's a pretty good deal if you don't know** The tenants are quiet, the grounds are beautiful, the whole area is nice.... Parking SUCKS ASS!!!! They are very short on parking spaces. They charge for a covered spot (which I paid for) but people parked in my spot a lot. **they do act on it and will tow cars away quite promptly though** They have security guards that patrol all night long, very nice and made me feel safe. The walls are EXTREMELY paper thin, (I could hear my neighbor's TV every now and then.) but thankfully for the most part, everyone seems to be respectful. I had an issue with moisture. It ruined a lot of stuff in the spare bedroom....but that's because I never went in there and didn't catch it in time to tell maintenance. maintenance was quick...(within 1 day) to fix anything...ie..the lightbulb in my fridge. which was the only thing I ever had to call them on except for the moisture. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and sweet. (good looking too) I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Please don't move here if you are disrespectful or loud. There are college dorms all over the city for that kind of behavior.
