Rick Munlow, the property manager has no respect for his residents. The management and sales staff do a ton of things to trick people when signing their leases. They offer a bunch of incentives, that they do not fulfill once the lease has been signed. There were 3 gun incidents, a stabbing, and an officer was assaulted on the property, and those are only the incidents I was witness to. I have lived in three different apartment complexes while attending the University of Arizona, and Northpointe was by far the worst here in Tucson, as well as being the worst of any other complex I have lived in. My advice for any student in the Tucson area looking for an apartment, is not to live at Northpointe, you will regret it! |
