| All the criticisms I see on here echo what I experienced living at "Gun"Pointe for two years. The management conveniently "lost" any debits owed to tenants (deposits, cash rewards for referrals, etc.) and invented BS charges like the "move out" charge I heard of from a collection agency 11 months after I left Tucson. In one particularly bad week, they "mistakenly" charged me $1800 for a month's rent (that's six months), I had my car windshield smashed with a river rock, and someone was stabbed in front of my aparment by the tennis court (there is still a blood stain there today).
I have moved out to D.C. for law school now, and they are pestering me for $350 dollars "because they had to paint my room when I left," which is already a duty imposed on them by AZ statute. There is a legtimate basis here for a lawsuit, which would be far from frivolous...they are systematicaly overcharging tenants and denying tenants promised services. If anyone is interested in joining a joint action against them please email me with your horror story. I am compiling personal accounts of misfeasance in order to find a unitary cause of action, and I will pursue it personally.
