I sold my house and needed a place fast. The buyer asked if I could move in a week. I called the apartments and found a sublease at Northpointe for two months. The mgmt said it was a very safe place to live, quiet, everyone mostly kept to themselves. I believe the mgmt suffers from some sort of associative dimensia. Here is my Experience: Moved in, three weeks later my super modded bike was stolen. Midday, no one saw anything... Two weeks after that a parking lot party is developing on a Friday night, some kids get into a scuffle, I go downstairs to check my vehicle for dents and find a pool of vomit on the hood. Last night as I am moving out, I hear gunshots, when I come back down to my vehicle there is a gun on the back bumper of my truck. After an extensive time the crime scene secured my truck and the gun and finally I was allowed to leave. The policeman was kind enough to tell me how horrible it was there. He went there when they first opened, and he knew it would only get worse. If you have a child you want to keep safe while they further their education, don't send them to Northpointe. |
