The grounds and pool are clean. Units look great. Excellent security. Concrete walls and cieling/floors make for a quiet home. The staff is very helpful. Parking wasn't the best, but not bad either. Very small kitchen cabinet space in one bdrm. Very efficient AC. I kept it ice cold all summer and my bill was never over $80.00. Electric usualy $35 to $45. |
