If you move in, make sure you insist that they replace the carpet. When we moved in the carpet looked great (they had it steamed cleaned) but less than two weeks later the old stains started to show through. The office staff is absolutely horrible, good luck trying to get them to help you with anything. I can't count how many times I went into the office and caught one of them making out with their boyfriends.
