The maintenance men do not know how to fix problems. The pool by the office is always clean because that is where they show apartments to prospective tenants, however the pool on the north side of the complex is neglected and 80% of the time it is chained due to the fact that they don't keep it clean. I also do not appreciate the fact that my children are exposed to the smell of weed coming from other apartments. The playground is absolutely filthy.
