Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  2/26/06      Rate This Apartment     I've been here 9 months in an upper unit. The apartment is nice. Balconys and such. My first month was great. The second month a rap band moved in down stairs and the hell ensued. Each month there were about 10 events of LOUD BOOMING BASS coming through the walls and into either of the bedrooms or living rooms. This complex belongs to HSL properites. I complained multiple times to management but they didn't do anything. I think the band must've been friends with the manager. At one point management even accused me of causing the noise! What B.S.! So far there's been over 70 complaints logged. So fast forward to the 9th month. The rap band is still living below me and still BOOMING BASS right after the office closes. Talke about ruining the great place that you live in and violating your space and quiet. I've talke with my lawyers and I'm going to move. The management and corporate owners don't care for the tennants but only for the bottom line and if money is coming in. Well, they won't be getting my money anymore. I hope you don't make the mistake of renting here and getting burned like I did.
