It's in an awesome location (close to Pima College, U of A, and I-10), yet it's tucked away in the desert. It's a small complex, and is really nice if you don't like the drunken party/college dorm atmosphere. The only thing that really sucked is the parking. There's one covered parking assigned to you, but if you have a second vehicle, good luck trying to park it. One night we had to park in the handicapped aisle because there was NO available parking what-so-ever, and we got a ticket. But other than that, we really loved this complex and would stay there again if we found ourselves having to rent again.
