First let me start out by stating that the Tamarrack apartments are nice only from the exterioir. Once you enter these mini-rectangular dumps you will find that the staff is quite rude, pushy, and dont care about anything other than they're own paychecks. The owners have continued working on the exterior and don't negotiate anything with tenants. The pool is the babysitter during the summers for the low income tenants. The apartments have families of over 6 living in two bedroom listings. Most importantly no car is safe in the parking lot, my car has been repeatedly vandalized and cost me a good amount of out of pocket income. Other friends of mine have also had their cars vandalized and the owner continues to do nothing abou the situation. The walls are thin and the fixtures are the stuff you pick up at $.99 cent stores. The owners are lieing dictators that think of you as a number and will not make any effort to cure any problems of the complex because the law says they dont have too... Run like Hell! I cant wait to get out of my lease and find a safe apartment to rent at... |
