Showing signs of age. Landscape being systematically destroyed. Owners are HSL and seem unwilling to invest to maintain or upgrade. MEB manages and is horrible to deal with. They don't give a shit about the tenants and go out of their way to antagonize the responsible long termers who usually move out after a year or so. Short term leases cause high turnover and some questionable tenants to reside here. The sherriffs are here about once a week. It's an OK place to live if you don't really care where you live, but don't call it home.
