I expected to have a good experience living there. The fist day, my apartment was covered in red ants. All over the kitchen, through the living room and into my bedroom, right into my bra and panty drawer. I kept feeling stings on my breasts, and when I looked down, ants were biting my boobs! When I talked to the office, they just said that I needed to do my dishes! (which was bull, because all of my dishes were clean and put away.)Then, my a/c was broken for over a month and they wouldn't fix it! I had it blowing full blast in the middle of June, wondering why I was still sweating. Then, when I got an electric bill of over $140 for a ONE BEDROOM, I asked the office to pay for it (after all, it was their fault my a/c was broken)and they refused! Also, we had a friend and a family member come over (both at different times) and they stopped into the office because they didn't know how to get to our apartment. Both times the office staff gave out our names and apartment numbers, which is a HUGE no-no. I work in the apartment industry, and there is a privacy clause when you sign a lease. You are not allowed to give out personal information about your residents, or even verify to anyone if they live there or not! What if these people were murderers or rapists looking for me?! That is something that you just don't do! There were many other incidents that I had there, but there is just too many to list. For paying so much money to live there, I thought the service would be a lot better than that! Other than the management and the way they treat their residents, everything else is ok.
