Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/26/04      Rate This Apartment     This is seriously the worst place I have EVER lived! Dont' get me wrong, the outside looks pretty fabulous during the DAY and the inside is very nice! I think those are close to the only 2 thing I like about this place! When I first moved here in May 2003, we were one of the first here! The first problem was my water heater didn't work for two weeks so I was left taking cold showers even though I had 2-3 calls into maintenance! Second, My disposable never functioned until about a month in, imagine that! I still have problems with my water to this day! I pay for a gated community, but Id say for more than half of my time here the gate has been left open b/c its been broken, JOY! This has been THE loudest place I have ever lived in my life! I have a 10 month old son and I dont know how many times he has been woken up by girls giggling, Men cackling. It seems like the whole complex is a bunch of bachelor/ettes!! I mean, if thats your scene great but can ya do it indoors for a change so those of us who have lives and children do not have to suffer! I feel so sorry for my husband who has had to go down their and politely tell people to be quiet too many times to count! We wont even get into the management cause Im already rowled up as it is! Ill just leave it at that! :) OH and the above poster is correct, Ants EVERYWHERE in the beginning! I didnt have a chance to do dishes, they were there before I even cooked my first meal!!!! Wouldnt you think they'd check these issues are things that would be roughed out BEFORE you move people in! I will hy-tail it outta here once my lease is up and NEVER recommend this to even an enemy! :)
