The prices are reasonable, they are serious about keeping the community crime free, the landscaping is really nice, and it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in (as long as you stay away from the units right next to the Tanque Verde overpass). The assigned parking is pointless cause someone else always parks in your space but it's a nice thought. The office staff is attentive although I would recommend NOT trying to hit on the big boobed girl...she'll use you and run away with your money.
