  When we movd into this apartment complex we were told by everyone in the office noise was never an issue. Well, think again. You could hear practically everything anybody was doing. And if you called the Security office after hours, even if it was anywhere from 1-3am to complain of sudden loud music the people were rude and usaully nothing was resovled. (Buy Big Thick Pillows to put over head) My boyfriend and I had a noise complaint on us in the middle of the day when I was at work and my boyfriend who works night was sleeping at the time. But if enough noise is to wake someone at 2am nothing is done and you are questioned. Also the carpet was cheap, the ceiling was stained. We were not able to see are apartment till 2 days before move in do to the fact that maintenance kept getting pushed back. The window sills were painted shut. The blinds were cheap adn cracked over the summer. The air conditioning was ridiculous and I now live in an apt twice the size and have a working AC and my bills still don't add up to the at Villa Monterey. Parking was another issue in its self. We had 4 Flat tires caused by glass left in the parking. Their were people that would go through the trash early in the morning. The sidewalks were unsafe and cracked and raised in differnt areas. Plus when we moved in there was an amazing Managing Staff that was GREAT, then one day they were gone and we were left with women that sighed when asked simple questions.

BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE A REGULAR SLEEP SCHEDULE AND CHAOTIC LIFESTYLE, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!
