The manager is rude, unfriendly, unconcerned, and downright unethical! The rest of the office staff is rude (with only one exception) and unconcerned with anything you have to say. Maintenance is practically non-existant! I waited 6 months for someone to come in to check out a maintenance request I submitted, and then I gave up trying! Delinquent children run around the parking lot with no supervision, shooting pellet guns at one another and hiding behind YOUR car! The grounds are not kept at all. I don't know when the last time I saw someone maintaining the outside of the premises! Parking is awful for anyone who doesn't live in the VERY back of this HUGE property! I have had so many horrible experiences with this place! |
