I have lived in a lot of apartments in Tucson and there is not on that is worse than River Point in my opinion. When something breaks, forget it! You will have to live with it- their solution is to move the tenant instead of fixing the issues. There are so many options in Tucson, save your time and money and most of all, your sanity~ look somewhere else!  Need to rent an apartment?
