Apartment Review for The Springs At Silverbell - Tucson, AZ

There is one GUY in the office that is competent but the girls are RUDE! Gate is left open a LOT so cannot be called a gated community really. There are a lot of solicitors coming in too. My main gripes are: the mice in storage unit, ants in the kitchen (they were there when I moved in), sloppy maintenance work, grounds look dumpy, outside lights not replaced for long periods of time so it is quite dark in some spots at night and the secondary hot tub has been taped off for over two months and doesn't look like it will be fixed. I think managment owes all residents a refund of some kind because of not being able to use the second hot tub. A good way to cure some of the problems might be to put our rent checks in an escrow account and not pay the rent until the place shapes up!! I am looking into that now to see if it is legal.
