Apartment Review for The Arboretum - Tucson, AZ

They seem to have replaced the prior management, which was okay, with an office full of jerks. The new property manager is an absolute condescending witch. She talks down to the tenants and is ridiculously inflexible. The units have serious, serious bug problems. They have a service they'll send out for pest control, but it seems to do no good. I keep my apartment sparkling clean, and I still come home to bugs. The parking is atrocious. Do not move here unless you never intend to have company; there's nowhere for company to park. If you do insist on having a visitor, don't do it after 6 p.m. They lock the gates, and they dismantled the system that allowed you to punch in a code to open it. The "security" gate is a joke. On any given night, you'll see someone just sitting by the gate waiting for a legitimate resident to open it so they can go in. Some safety system. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can leave this hellhole.
