Apartment Review for Blacklidge Terrace - Tucson, AZ

I rented an apartment here with a year's lease. There is so much drama within the residence. There is no workout center, no balcony, no extra storage, no garage parking available(and what covered parking is available is right nest to the leasing office so there is no guarantee that it will be close o your building)and no dishwashers. The carpets are from 1965 (not literally but they are so torn and need to be changed in all units. You can constantly hear the police and it is a bad neighborhood. It is not a "closed off" community like they claim. The playground is soiled with cigarette butts and dog poop, and there is graffiti everywhere. The pool has been broken almost since I got there and they won't pay the $2600 to fix it. If you would like sleep or peace, don't live here.
