They're finally moving the incompetent, lying manager to another problem property. She has proudly stated that she is able to recognize prospective tenants who will not work out here. Thusly, this community is populated with drug addicts who walk around obviously stoned; single moms who don't care or know how to discipline their kids; senior citizens who are frightened by these changes and unable to exercise other options. Office staff shows preference for some tenants and ignores others to the extent that the manager tells lesser staff to ignores complaints by some residents. Staff are not out and about, visible to tenants unless they're bringing one more undesirable tenant to see an empty apartment. If you're looking for a haven, look elsewhere, you will not be satisfied here.
