Apartment Review for Craycroft Gardens Apartments - Tucson, AZ

I have lived here (unfortunately) for almost 2 years and am in the process of moving out of this dump. Management is horrible; they are very slow to respond to maintenance requests, complaints, etc. Despite sending out 'letters' to residents, our pool is overrun by kids who are unsupervised. I have seen on a daily basis toddlers running around inside the pool area because the kids prop the door open with rocks and let everyone in. I reported this to the management and was told "Don't worry about it". TERRIBLE. The grounds and covered walkways are littered with trash, this place is very dumpy. Management is NEVER in the office, and even on rent day, you will be lucky to find them in the office at all, or you have to be very lucky to catch them there.
