Apartment Review for Don Martin Apartments - Tucson, AZ

i definately wouldn't rent here again! i hope you don't fall into the same trap i did, thinking, "oh, la la! these are cute!" they are overpriced, and the landlord is a jerk. anytime i needed anything fixed, he took a "poor me" attitude, like he's not making a fortune, charging $525 for a 400 sq ft studio. oh, and by the way, he'll raise the rent on you after six months. if he tells you he's not going to, GET IT IN WRITING. this guy is a slime ball. and he's got lawyers. oh, and it's REALLY loud all the time. no peace, no sleep. ever.
