Apartment Review for Hazen Enterprises - Tucson, AZ

We had a somewhat decent experience while living here for two years, but there were many physical problems with the property. We lived on Blacklidge. Everytime we called the management about anything, they never followed up, took care of the problem or even bothered asking our names. We had problems with people constantly parking in fire lanes and blocking our driveway. We called many times regarding this problem and nothing was done. Our back fence was termite ridden, our swamp cooler did not work well, all of the blinds were broken, and on and on. The kicker to this was that when we moved out they attempted to charge us a large amount of money for things that were broken when we moved in. They said that we never returned our move-in checklist and claimed that all of the existing damage was to be paid by us. They wanted to charge us for repainting the entire interior due to one mark on the wall. I could go one forever.
