Apartment Review for Ironwood Apartments - Tucson, AZ

Parking is a nightmare, and if you have a guest at night they will tow his car for not having a permit. But they do not provide guest parking. The playground equipment is rusty and broken, the "basketball court" a joke, with weeds growing through cracked asphalt. The laundry facillitys are filthy and rarely work. The office is supposed to be opened 9-5 M-F, I would say that that is only true 25% of the time. Pool is to open at 7:30am, the lock is often on untill afternoon. the jacuzzi is GREEN. The dumpsters are often full to overflowing. Maintianance issues are only resolved if it is an emergency. Anything else could take weeks if ever. They will then claim you never filed a work order. This has happened to me every time.
