Apartment Review for Kachina Springs Apartments - Tucson, AZ

After four years of living here, I have had plenty to see. Although there are a few problems in this neighborhood, I don't believe thay are worse than any others. There is certainly entertainment watching the helicopter in this area of the city. Being close to the Tucson Mall, it is a moderate crime area. The management attempts to address these concerns as best they can by attempting to have police patrols. There have been cars broken into and stolen but the managment will provide "CLUBS" if requested. Most items are quickly addressed in regards to the maintanence. Ants ARE a major problem that need to be resolved. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean. the grounds are well cared for. It is a fairly safe neighborhood for evening walks. We walk to the mall, Home Depot or Lowes if we need anything. Walgreeens and CVS pharmacies are within walking distance. For fun - there is Michaels, Target, Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts and restarurants nearby (within walking distance.)
