I have lived here for 5 years, I have watched people come and go. The apartments were built in 1955 they are quaint 975SqFt for a 2 bedroom. Nesleed into an Older neighborhood in Tucson. Maintanence has waxed and wained over the years. Heat = Gas Cooling =Swamp coolers.

If you are thinking of moving to Tucson, get on the list NOW, there are VERY Rarely openings. Once here you'd never believe that you are less than a block from one of the Major intersections in Tucson. About 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona. and about 3 miles from Tucson Mall. In general, it's a great place to live. Either your here for 6 months or you are staying forever. You have a chance to know your neighbors.

We are moving out of state, and I know the folks that are moving in. It does speak to the fact that there is almost NO Turnover.
