Apartment Review for Monterey Garden Apartments - Tucson, AZ

If you want to live in a place where your not harassed about visitors ,pets.this is not the place for you,the manager constantly harasses me about who i have over ,im a middle aged single guy who works hard for his money,and enjoys friends over on occation,but God forbid they spend the night and the managers not knocking on my door explaining the policy about visitors,do not even think about having a bar-b-q and have a couple beers cause she will call the cops,if there is music playing after 9 she will call the cops if you hang anything over the balcony to dry AFTER swimming she will confiscate it,its like living in a prison,and dont ask for a maintenance request cause it could take days.bottom line is that its not a nice place to live,they have gone through 5 managers in the past few yaers,and numerous maintenance men,its a border line project building,stay far away,there are alot nicer places for the same amount of rent.
