Apartment Review for Pine Tree Village Apartments - Tucson, AZ

Avoid this complex like it's the plague. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth(literally). The only source of air conditioning is evaporative coolers(swamp coolers)the one for my apartment does not work and I have been fighting for going on over 2 weeks to get it fixed, temps. in my apartment have reached 80+ degrees, I am miserable. I filed a complaint with fair housing, mutiple requests to Michelle the office manager to get it fixed have doen nothing, nor has calling the "sister" complex this guy also owns(you should also avoid those both on 29th street mayfair terrace and rosemont gardens). There are roaches in my apt., the neighbor has 2 large dogs that bark all the time and they let them piss on my front door. The 2nd floor walk way wood is rotting, the nails are literally seperating from the wood, you can see the ground in spots, and hear EVERYONE that walks by, the neighbors don't give a shit. The laundry room has only ONE dryer that works. I hate this place and can't wait to leave.
