I accidentally missed my rent by one day. DON'T EVER miss one day. They will charge you RENT CONCESSION. IN OTHER WORDS, if you move in on a special and you pay $600.00 rent on a special, but the apartment normally rents for $900.00/month, they will charge you the $900.00 plus $75.00 for being late,PLUS $25.00 for sending you a notice, plus $5.00 per every day that you are late.
