The maintenance guys are GREAT, the 2 underlings in the office are nice, but the head lady (Taylor) has zero customer service, is passive aggressive, and is totally inflexible. Plus they have some stupid policy that if they have too many people moving out the same month, you have to stay another month. Um, is that MY problem? What a crock.  Need to rent an apartment?
