Apartment Review for River Square Apartments - Tucson, AZ

I come from the east coast and moved into Riversquare apartments this schoolyear. a) Super cheap apartment that is really really nice. b) We have put in 3 requests to maintenance and all three were filled to our satisfaction. c) We only have one car and have no trouble finding parking near our apartment, covered or uncovered. d) The secretary in the leasing office has changed twice since we've been here but both of them have been very nice, helpful, and lenient if we messed up. They also have a grace period on rent lateness which has come in handy. e) No bugs. No roaches, no scorpions. We live on the second floor, so I don't know if that's the reason or not. f) 6 washers and 6 dryers. I have never had trouble getting my laundry done and the one time a machine got a coin jam, I told the leasing office about it, and it was fixed the next day. g) We almost had a very severe problem with our neighbor and the leasing office offered to let us change apartments without "break of lease" fee. Fortunately, it didn't come to that. Maybe it's because all the apartments on the east coast are shitty, maybe it's because this management company is amazing. Either way, I really love this apartment and hope to stay here for a couple of years.
