Exterior doors dont lock at night... recycleables thrown into the dumpster routinely takes much longer than promised for maint issues to be resolved. Constant construction problems, can hear tv/talking/plumbing of above and neighboring units. executive director, dining room manager, sales manager, residents service director have all turned over since opening only 1 year ago. No parking, you get a reserved spot but if you live in a villa look to walk to dinner, no parking for dinner. They REQUIRE you to eat 20 meals a month in the dining room, if you dont use the credits its hard to get them rolled over, if not impossible.
