Apartment Review for Sunquest - Tucson, AZ

Please don't even bother.....Trust me! Stay far away from this place.I believe some of these comments were written by the apartment personnel or an advertisement company as some do not fully depict this crap hole truthfully. This place really needs to be reported to the housing authorities and closed down. Also NO NIGHT WATCH! Now imagine....It's nicknamed Scum Quest for a reason. I've had my water cut off often and for long periods of time with out notice of any kind. And hot water is rare and short lived. Any repairs/work orders called in will take forever to get taken care of if at all. Even things like broken sinks and windows, things that you would think should be a priority. Normally you have to keep calling. The office will always tell you the parts are on order and even get rude. They often will loose your payment records or just log them incorrectly, however...they never forget to deposit a check. Also that hot tub they advertise....they don't heat or really clean anymore. my kid found dead birds in it. I wouldn't trust the pool either. The place is in feasted with ants. There is so much more..
