My wife and I rented a two bedroom apartment the end of October. The apartment was spotless - new flooring in every room, fresh paint everywhere. All of the staff, office and maintenance, are outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our decision to locate in the Tanque Verde Apartments and give it high ratings overall.
