Apartment Review for The Villas At Montebella - Tucson, AZ

Made choise based on prior experience with HSL Asset Managment Co. Leased for several years in different locations in Tucson. From day one,at Villas at Montebella, we experiensed problems with property that is sold as being a GATED PROPERTY. Gates are always open and have not worked from before we moved in three ,omths ago. And knowledge from excisting tenents. Apartment has no kitchen drawers and interior doors open wrong into master bedroom and master bathroom. They forgot to let us know of these details. Manager acted really demeaning with Assistant and me as a Guest being present. This and other distasteful details were made known to Supervisor via e-mail as they are never at their office and we were complettly IGNORED (over three weeks), tried contacting Vice President via phone, left message and voice message with his office and sent e-mail stating complaint and asking for a meeting and we were completly ignored... (going on fourth weeks since initial try). Talked to Manager and she apologized for being rude with her employee and me but gave me no satisfaction and or help on them charging us for breaking lease early. We are buying a house and were told that this is not an acceptable excuse to have them concone the lease breaking month and half cost of only givin 30 day written notice to vacate. REASON for Leaving is the attitude and lack of professionalism from local executives for this managment company. Manager over-heard my conversation with her assistant and thinks we were planing this ahead of time as she heard we were buying a property (was going to be investment and not to move in) Now we will (move again) and live in that property.
