Apartment Review for Tierra Palms - Tucson, AZ

Inside, this apartment is pretty spacious, however, our neighbor had a pipe burst and we notified management the same day...it took them 4-5 days, just to bring a fan into our apartment, and that was after bothering them 2 times daily and having the water damage people not show up for 3 of their scheduled appointments. Also, this complex has a HUGE black widow problem. I went twice to management and they did nothing and were actually REALLY rude about it, saying that pest control had just been to the apartment last week and they'd tell them to check it out next time they came... They lied both times, saying that they came only once a week, when I found out that they actually only come 1 time a month! I got fed up and went out and sprayed oven cleaner on the more than seven webs under the stairwell and lit it on fire!
